We recently relocated to NW Arkansas from Texas. We had the good fortune to have Tina as our realtor. She is amazing at her job. We originally planned to purchase land and her knowledge of the area ensured that we didn’t encounter expensive pitfalls (ie: wells, chicken farms, utilities, etc.) She had a great app on her phone that showed property boundaries and she was willing to get out of the car and trek around lots and offer advice on how to place the house, if we were to purchase the land.

She also introduced us to a reputable builder she had worked with that she knew to be honest. We had quite a few criteria and she listened, researched and patiently showed us many pieces of land. She never pushed but gently kept in touch and was always positive that she would find the perfect property for us. We ultimately bought a beautiful lake house that we love. Finally, she had banking relationships that allowed us to secure the home. We didn’t move for a couple of months, and she offered to check on the house and some remodeling progress. She went above and beyond her job in every aspect. I cannot say enough good things about Tina. She is the best realtor we have ever worked with.
